These terms govern the use of the Clinique Beauté website and mobile app. By using the service you accept these terms.
Scope of the service
Clinique Beauté offers appointment requests, messaging with your doctor, treatment and document tracking, wellness tracking (water, sleep, mood, activity, calories), a care routine and AI-assisted skin and meal analysis. Premium (Silver, Gold, Platinum) membership is set up only by the clinic after a clinic visit; it cannot be bought in the app and no payments are taken in the app. Some features depend on the membership level.
Medical disclaimer
Content in the app and on the website is general information and not a medical diagnosis or treatment. Skin analysis results and calorie estimates are approximate; no feature replaces a doctor's examination. Treatment is decided at the clinic after a doctor's examination. In an emergency call 112 or go to the nearest healthcare facility.
Appointments
An appointment request made in the app is subject to the clinic's approval; no appointment exists until it is approved. Approvals, rejections and reminders are sent to you as app notifications.
Account
You must be 18 or older. You agree to provide accurate, current information and not to share your account; you are responsible for your account's security. You can delete your account under Profile > My Data.
Fair use of AI analyses
To keep the service sustainable for everyone, skin analysis is limited to 14 times in the last 7 days and meal photo analysis to 20 times in the last 24 hours. The limits are the same for all membership levels; attempts that produce no result are not counted and the limit renews automatically over time. Reaching a limit does not affect appointments, messaging or other services.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service unlawfully, in a way that infringes others' rights or endangers the system's security. Accounts may be closed in case of misuse.
Interruptions and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and uninterrupted operation is not promised. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages; liability for death, serious bodily harm, intent or gross negligence cannot be limited.
Intellectual property
The brand, logo, content and software belong to Clinique Beauté and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will announce material changes in the app or on the site. The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply and the Istanbul courts have jurisdiction. Your right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee remains reserved.
