At Clinique Beauté (Dr. Emel Polat's clinic), we value your privacy. This policy explains which data we collect through our mobile app and website, how we use it, and your rights.
Data we collect
Account information (first name, last name, phone, email), health profile (skin type, concerns, onboarding answers), appointment and treatment history, app usage data, and device information. Skin photos you upload are processed only with your consent.
Why we use your data
We process your data to provide and improve the service, manage the appointment and treatment process, enable secure communication with the doctor, fulfill legal obligations, and send notifications where you have given consent.
Protection of health data
Health data is special category personal data. It is not processed without your explicit consent and is not shared with third parties. Data is stored encrypted, and access is granted only to the relevant clinic staff.
Data sharing
Your data is not sold for marketing purposes. It is shared only with the infrastructure providers needed for the service to run (hosting, notifications, SMS, email) and, where legally required, with authorized institutions, to the extent necessary.
Retention period
Your data is kept for the period required by the service and prescribed by law. At the end of that period it is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
