This is the disclosure statement regarding the processing of your personal data by Clinique Beauté (Dr. Emel Polat's clinic), acting as data controller, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

Your data is processed to provide and manage health services, for appointment and communication processes, and to fulfill legal obligations; health data is processed based on your explicit consent under KVKK Article 6.
Transfer
Your data is not shared with third parties other than the suppliers needed to carry out the service and legally authorized public institutions. Transfer abroad is carried out only with the necessary security measures and your explicit consent.
Your rights (KVKK Article 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information, to request its correction or deletion, to object to processing, and to request the remedy of any damage.
