Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. This page explains how to delete your account and data.
Deleting in the app
In the app follow Profile > My Data > Delete account and confirm with your password (if you signed in with Apple or Google, confirmation is automatic). Your account is closed immediately.
30-day restore period
Within 30 days of the request you can sign in with the same details and choose "Restore my account". After that your account and data are permanently deleted.
Deleting by e-mail
If you cannot access the app, e-mail info@emelpolat.com.tr with your deletion request and the e-mail or phone linked to your account. Your request is processed after identity verification.
Data that is not deleted
Clinical records that must be kept by law (at least 20 years) and financial records (10 years) are kept for the legal period with access limited to authorized healthcare staff, then deleted or anonymized.
