Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. This page explains how you can delete your data.
Deletion through the app
In the mobile app, you can create a request to delete your account and associated data under Profile > Privacy and data. Once the request is approved, your data is permanently deleted.
Deletion by email
You can send your deletion request to info@emelpolat.com.tr together with the email or phone associated with your account. Your request is processed after identity verification.
Data that is not deleted
Records that must be kept for a certain period by law (for example, legal medical records) are kept for that period, then deleted or anonymized.
Time frame
Deletion requests are concluded within 30 days at the latest, and the result is communicated to you.
